The Scarcest Penguin of them all?
David Edwards' suggestion in PC92 that the FBC edition of “Watching Birds” is the scarcest Penguin of them all because, even equipped with the best binoculars, no-one has yet claimed a sighting.
But is he right?
There are many others that collectors have sought for decades and not found, and there just might be one that no-one even knew existed till you did.
